Detecting the finest dust, for effortless and impeccable cleanliness
As for grey rooms, in the watchmaking assembly process, the presence of dust on the dials, movements and case middles directly affects the quality and productivity of the casing workshops. Consequently, detecting and eliminating these particles is crucial to ensure that the watches are free from any contamination. Currently, this detection is mainly carried out via visual examination, which can be arduous and inefficient.
Our detectors facilitate this operation, and reduce ocular effort. Thanks to use of UV LEDs designed specially for this application, even the finest particles can be revealed, thereby facilitating their elimination. This contributes to reducing aesthetic and water resistance problems associated with the presence of dust contamination.
In addition, our detectors are equipped with an adjustable anti-UV filter to protect the operators' eyes from any optical reflections. All the necessary safety measures have been built into its design and development.
Their compact design and small footprint enable easy installation on workstations, thereby providing optimum ergonomics for watchmakers.

Advice for use:
· For safety's sake, always fasten the device on the workbench for use.
· Configure the UV and white light brightness (4 levels)
· Set the UV light time delay (From 5 s to 120 s)
· Set the white light time delay (From 5 s to 120 s)
· Set the filter angle so as to protect yourself from UV light reflections
· Functions of the two switches:
o START/STOP
o UV/W switch
· We recommend using our orientable table to facilitate dust detection.
