Under the new regulations of Reese’s Law, a new age of monitoring and protection has now been implemented for button cells and batteries.

With regard to the watchmaking sector, all watches with a battery compartment must be secured in such a way that a specific tool is required to open them.

We have designed a three-branched screwdriver blade for securely opening and closing case-backs. This makes it harder for vulnerable individuals, especially children, to access the battery.

This blade comes in 3 versions, with diameters of 1.00, 1.20 and 1.30.

It is compatible with all precision screwdrivers on the market.

Custom blades can also be developed for the specific safety screw used.
