A PUMP FOR VACUUM WITHOUT PNEUMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM
This vacuum unit meets three major requirements of watchmaking:
This innovative pump can be used wherever you need it—simply plug it into a power source.
The unit features a pneumatic “vacuum” inlet, and the pump is activated via a foot pedal.
Thanks to its cleanable filter, collected particles are retained, allowing even accidentally aspirated parts to be recovered. In addition, this filter helps protect the pump.
For use across two separate workstations, it is possible to control two suction inlets simultaneously using two foot pedals.
Furthermore, soundproofing foam is installed between the floor and the pump to reduce noise levels. This can lower the sound output to a very low level, making the device particularly quiet

APPLICATIONS:
Advantages:
➔ Compact and silent
➔ All-in-one
➔ Usable without a pneumatic network
Maintenance advice:
Clean the pump filters regularly
Check the connectors and pipes to detect any leaks
Keep the styluses and pipes clean to ensure optimal operation
The pump is activated by continuous pressure applied to the foot pedal.
When the pedal is released, the pump stops operating.
This product is designed for indoor use only. The installation environment must be clean and dry.
An additional foot pedal kit can also be ordered as an accessory to control two suction inlets simultaneously, as well as a nozzle adapted to your specific needs.
Warning: It is strongly recommended not to use this device for vacuuming liquids.
An acoustic foam pad can be placed between the floor and the pump to reduce noise (up to 54 dB). The pump can be used continuously for about 30 minutes with the foam. When the device overheats, the red LED lights up, the pump stops, and it is no longer operational. A cooling period of approximately 20 minutes is required before restarting it.
Replacing the filter:
Easily disconnect the pneumatic hose
Unscrew the transparent tank counterclockwise
Empty and clean the inside of the tank using a cloth, then blow it out
Remove the filter
Clean it using a small brush and blow it out to remove as many particles as possible
Replace the filter if cleaning is insufficient
Clean the filter holder using a small brush and compressed air
Reposition the filter on the filter holder
Screw the tank back on.
Replacing the filter:
If the filter is no longer usable, it is available as an accessory
